  • Our dedicated staff take great pride in solving your production challenges by providing more than excellent finishing.

The products below were processed utilizing inventive racking, modified process parameters and secondary operations. These products include: retail cases for limited edition coins, springs used in garment manufacturing, components for medical devices and a mirror assembly for a luxury automobile.

  • From anodizing and assembly to custom packaging, our experienced staff handles each step of production.

This unique residential security device owes much of it's visual appeal to anodizing. After machining and polishing, each of the two sections is bright anodized. Assembly includes insertion of a rubber strip, tensioners and a spring pin. After successfully passing quality checks, the assembly is packed and boxed for retail distribution.
By working closely with our Customer, we have been able to combine production, final inspection and packaging to reduce costs and improve quality.

  • Tight part tolerances are maintained throughout the anodizing process to ensure this sliding faucet nozzle functions correctly when assembled.

Appearance is equally critical for this highly visible assembly. The colours must be consistent run to run and rack marks can not be visible to the end user nor can they interfere with the sliding action.
The monitoring and documentation of our production parameters are an important part of our ISO 9001 quality system and ensures colour and tolerance repeatability.
