    Our experienced rack designers and production staff can create customized racking to ensure beautiful, durable finishes without obvious rack marks.

    Over the years, we have provided a wide array of secondary services to solve some very interesting finishing problems. The wealth of experience gained while developing innovative solutions remains in our company.

    Here is a short description of some of the special services we offer to add more value:

    1. Colour Matching - By adjusting chemicals, bath times, and concentrations, we will create a colour range that will meet your needs.
    2. Custom Racking - Racks have a two fold purpose: They must secure parts during anodizing for easy transfer from tank to tank while providing a solid electrical contact. Design and selection of rack fixtures is recognized as the single most important factor in quality anodizing. We will work with our Customers to use racking systems that will reduce costs as well as virtually eliminate rack marks.
    3. Masking - If you have a section of the part that you would like protected from anodizing, we will design a masking system to suit.
    4. Quality Testing - Our entire production facility is ISO 9001:2000 Registered. The rigorous quality systems allows us to provide specific production information on individual jobs. We can provide Certificates of Conformance on many of our production parameters. Individual part information can also be documented and reported.
